SE2 Flexible Intervals on the Violin | Hand Flexibility, Stretch & Vibrato
Shifting Exercises - Part 2

1m 56s
Some distances feel more difficult than others.
Take extra time on these—stay on the note or double stop longer than in the actual music.
This helps your hand become more comfortable with the stretch.
You can practice by holding a difficult interval for a longer time, using slow bows.
Start without vibrato, then gradually add it while experimenting with speed and width.
This will improve your flexibility and make your hand feel freer and more natural."
